Can Google Detect AI-Written Content on Your Website?

Over the past year or so, Google has been implementing a series of algorithm updates. It seems like the Google updates are happening more and more frequently.

A few of those have dealt with the quality of content on websites.

Google called these the Helpful Content Updates.

Google says the purpose of those updates is to “ensure people see more original, helpful content written by people, for people, in search results.”

From Day 1, it’s been Google’s mission to provide the best results for whatever someone is searching for. If people search for something and the results answer their question or solve their problem, they’ll keep using that search engine.

There’s a reason why “Google it” is the go-to answer when people ask a question.

So, if you want searchers to find your content, you need Google’s stamp of approval. You need to make content that Google likes.

One part of the helpful content updates deals with AI generated content.
