One of the SEO services I started providing this year is a 90-day SEO sprint. Instead of providing ongoing SEO services, I go all-in on the website for 3 months.

Most of the work is content creation, but I start with an SEO audit to see what the website is doing well, what needs to be fixed ASAP, and find the best opportunities for growth.

In this article, I’m going to share my step-by-step process. This is exactly what I do over 90 days to grow a website.

Feel free to steal this strategy for your own site.

Of course, this strategy is slightly different for each website. Some sites have more technical issues. Other sites have 100s of pages that need to be improved, organized, or deleted. For this article, I asked my LinkedIn followers for one of their websites so I can work through a real-life example.

For this example, I’m assuming a $2,500/month budget.

The website I chose is butterbakedcakeco.com.

I’m not working with the business owner, and haven’t visited this site before. Whitney (the owner) told me they recently rebranded and want to get some of their rankings back.

Let’s dive into my 90-day SEO strategy for this site.
